📋 Description

• Establish the design delivery strategy and oversee significant facility, campus phases, or intricate regional programs from the initial concept through to construction, commissioning, and final handover.

• Collaborate with external consultants, equipment manufacturers, contractors, and internal stakeholders across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, controls, and security systems.

• Manage design reporting, risk management, and value engineering processes.

• Direct the resolution of technical, commercial, and program-related risks.

• Act as the primary design partner across Construction, Operations, Security, and Sustainability.

• Guide Design Managers to enhance regional practices.

• Ensure that technical decisions are in line with safety, customer, commercial, program, resilience, and sustainability objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 10+ years of experience with significant responsibility for complex data center or mission-critical capital projects.

• Extensive multidisciplinary knowledge of critical-facility systems, consultant governance, codes/standards, permitting, and the differences between global and local compliance.

• Strong commercial insight to weigh technical trade-offs against financial considerations.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead cross-functional teams through persuasive influence.

• A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
