Senior Design Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the conceptualization and design evolution for residential structures and communal areas, spanning from initial concepts to design development, which includes massing, floor plans, elevations, and material selections.

• Convert nature-inspired and wellness-focused principles into tangible, practical, and buildable solutions.

• Adapt to the site, landscape, light, and climate characteristics of the Texas Hill Country.

• Contribute to the shaping of the 135-acre master plan and future site developments.

• Establish design guidelines, material libraries, and reference standards.

• Evaluate the work of the broader team and provide clear, constructive feedback.

• Produce sketches, renderings, and presentations for leadership, partners, and stakeholders.

• Articulate design choices to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Collaborate with architecture leads, the BIM team, and U.S. consultants to ensure the design intent is realized during construction.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on residential or hospitality projects.

• A portfolio showcasing built or well-developed works that reflect a strong design sensibility.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

• Proven ability to independently guide projects from concept through to design development.

• Strong confidence in presenting and justifying design decisions to architects, consultants, and leadership.

• Capacity to work autonomously within a remote, cross-cultural team setting.

• Proficiency in Revit is required.

• A portfolio is mandatory.

• Experience in sustainable, biophilic, or wellness-oriented design is preferred.

• Previous involvement in U.S. real estate projects or experience with an international firm is preferred.
