Concept Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Develop innovative and creative architectural concepts aligned with client briefs and project goals.

• Create sketches, 3D models, and renderings to effectively convey architectural ideas.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest materials, technologies, and trends in architecture and design.

• Perform initial evaluations of design concept feasibility, considering structural, environmental, and financial factors.

• Prepare and deliver architectural concepts to clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring compliance with client expectations and regulatory standards.

• Modify design concepts in response to client feedback or evolving project requirements.

• Generate 2D and 3D renderings utilizing rendering software and artificial intelligence (AI).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.

• 10–15 years of experience in concept design or architectural design.

• Proficient in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong knowledge of architectural styles, materials, and current trends.

• Capability to convert abstract ideas into concrete, visually engaging designs.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
