Senior Desarrollador Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Recondition Java Spring services to meet currency compliance through updates to dependencies and migrations of Java versions.

• Develop microservices starting from the initial phase of requirements gathering.

• Design, implement, and deploy Java Spring microservices into production for the core banking system.

• Analyze and customize SQL and NoSQL databases as needed.

• Collaborate with international teams on comprehensive digital transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in backend development with Java versions 17, 21, and 25.

• Proficiency in Spring Boot versions 3.X and 4.X.

• Skills in designing and consuming REST APIs.

• Experience with enterprise integrations and microservices architecture.

• Understanding of security protocols in services, including the management of certificates and keystores.

• Practical experience with MongoDB, Redis, SQL Server, and DB2.

• Familiarity with Passport, WAM, and Apigee.

• Experience with deployments in Kubernetes / Anthos.

• Skills in log management, traceability, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with Kafka technology.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.

• Advanced proficiency in spoken English.

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish.

• Experience with batch processes and schedulers is preferred.

• Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus.

• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies or AI coding assistants is desirable.
