Senior Deployment Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical consultant for enterprise clients, fostering high-level trust relationships.

• Collaborate with Software Engineers worldwide to evaluate hiring processes and performance criteria, ensuring alignment of solutions and product delivery.

• Serve as the subject matter expert by presenting Karat's technical solutions to potential clients.

• Design and establish the foundational Karat interview framework for new enterprise clients.

• Conduct regular strategic reviews with customers to ensure alignment with business objectives and optimal performance.

• Create and deliver training sessions at the executive level for client stakeholders.

• Examine complex performance data and adjust assessment metrics alongside Content and Data teams.

• Convert findings into actionable strategic advice.

• Promote continuous enhancement of Customer Operations and internal GTM processes.

• Be prepared to travel up to 20% for strategic in-person meetings and industry events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in strategic technical account management, client success engineering, solutions/deployment engineering, or consulting within SaaS/technical/financial services with a focus on technical implementation.

• Proven track record as a strategic advisor during the onboarding process for clients.

• Ability to establish trusted relationships, provide thoughtful recommendations, and guide clients through intricate implementation processes.

• Experience interacting directly with C-Suite executives in a client-facing role.

• Strong proficiency in SQL.

• Required client-facing experience with technical customers.

• Must reside in Oregon or Washington State.
