This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main administrator for Deltek Costpoint, overseeing system security, user accounts, and role-based permissions.
• Offer technical support and troubleshooting for various Costpoint modules, which include Accounting, Project, and Materials.
• Assist with Costpoint implementations, upgrades, patches, and data migrations.
• Aid in go-live activities, stabilization, and integrations with enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors.
• Design and configure custom Costpoint screens, processes, extensibility units, and workflows.
• Serve as the main liaison with Deltek Support for issues related to defects, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Develop test plans and conduct regression testing prior to production deployment.
• Oversee scheduled batch/process management jobs for daily, weekly, and month-end closing tasks.
• Ensure that system controls are in compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
• Document procedures and configurations thoroughly.
• Offer technical guidance, training, and user support during and after system modifications.
• Investigate system capabilities and evaluate process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, accompanied by 10+ years of progressive experience in IT/ERP systems support.
• 8+ years of experience administering Deltek Costpoint, with extensive knowledge in Accounting, Projects, Materials, and Extensibility Designer functionality.
• Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Deltek certifications are preferred.
• Experience in leading or supporting ERP implementations, go-lives, and stabilization phases.
• Strong comprehension of Costpoint front-end operations, such as interface navigation, job processing, and workflow design.
• Familiarity with back-end data schema and table relationships.
• Proficient in SQL for querying and troubleshooting purposes.
• Excellent analytical abilities and a knack for interpreting complex data, managing system transitions, and drafting technical design specifications.
• Experience in managing ERP system security, role-based permissions, and audit/compliance controls.
• Proven record of coordinating developers, systems analysts, and functional SMEs.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of managing comprehensive technical initiatives with minimal supervision.
