This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and coordinate operational needs for global and strategic customer engagements.
• Supervise open work orders with local Convergint offices and provide guidance on solutions.
• Evaluate complex issues and propose effective solutions.
• Address urgent customer concerns after regular hours as necessary.
• Distribute customer purchase orders while ensuring adherence to customer specifications.
• Create and assess service and installation invoices.
• Track Spectrum work orders for compliance with days-to-invoice standards and profitability.
• Maintain iCare sites and customer data; deliver iCare training and demonstrations.
• Assist in onboarding new accounts.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial or performance reports.
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews and presentations.
• Participate in or lead weekly status meetings and calls.
• Aid in the renewal of the Customer Service Program, including pricing and scope of work.
• Perform customer administrative duties and provide standard pricing.
• Configure customer templates within MiQuote.
• Ensure customer-specific payment system access and train local offices on procedures.
• Develop and implement processes that enhance delivery and profitability.
• Enter purchase orders into Spectrum and manage order processing.
• Source standard parts and materials as needed.
• Create and implement customized Playbooks for customers.
• Provide service quotations to customers.
• Schedule and follow up on monthly maintenance activities.
• Establish and maintain processes for customer satisfaction feedback.
• Generate innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Perform additional duties as requested or required.
• A college degree, trade school education, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in operations, field service, or project management.
• Diploma and/or certification in Business Administration or related office experience.
• Outstanding telephone and interpersonal customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to various organizational levels.
• Proven ability to achieve results through collaboration with others.
• Solid financial knowledge and skills, encompassing accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, and profitability.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and directions.
• Initiative and proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Competence in project and service financial management.
• Experience with contract administration.
• Strong work ethic, capable of functioning independently or as part of a team.
• Understanding of appropriate protection levels concerning customer personnel, information, and property.
• Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving skills and techniques.
• Experience in electronic security, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, or IT is preferred but not mandatory.
