This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Assist Regional Sales Managers and Applications Engineers in prioritizing sales tasks and reaching business goals.
• Organize customer inquiries, forecast revisions, sample requests, and activities related to orders.
• Act as a primary liaison for customers concerning order status, shipment information, and general assistance.
• Foster and sustain positive relationships with both customers and internal team members.
• Handle and oversee customer orders using SAP and associated business systems.
• Aid in customer forecasting and planning processes.
• Track order status and relay updates about delivery timelines or potential challenges.
• Manage order modifications, expedite requests, and fulfill other customer needs throughout the order process.
• Supervise and monitor shipments to guarantee timely delivery and receipt.
• Assess and validate bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
• Keep precise shipment records and provide status reports.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to rectify shipment-related issues.
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain customer account information within SAP, Salesforce, and other business platforms.
• Assist with customer account setup and maintenance tasks.
• Contribute to reporting, forecasting, and execution of commercial processes.
• Track overdue invoices and aid in the prompt resolution of outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, Product Management, and Customer Service teams to resolve customer and account issues.
• Support ongoing improvement initiatives related to sales and commercial processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales administration, sales support, customer service, order management, sales operations, commercial operations, or a related business area.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to data accuracy.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating across cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work primarily during Eastern and/or Central Time Zone business hours.
