Senior Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the delivery process, serving as the liaison between business and technology teams.

• Track flow metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and WIP) to enhance delivery predictability and foster continuous productivity improvements.

• Manage inter-team dependencies and keep stakeholders informed about delivery progress in a transparent manner.

• Strategically plan deployments through risk assessment, contingency and rollback planning, as well as outlining activities, responsible parties, and timelines.

• Ensure effective communication, accessibility, and security of changes.

• Act as a reference point for business and development teams regarding feasibility analysis, estimation, and budgeting.

• Recommend solutions and evaluate impacts and efforts for new products and services.

• Identify risks, negotiate timelines, and eliminate obstacles that could hinder deliveries.

• Maintain clear and transparent communication with customers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, visibility, and quality of delivery.

• Advocate for demand organization and a holistic view of processes by pinpointing impacts, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams by identifying blockers, sharing pertinent information, and contributing to project success.
