Senior Delivery Lead, Enterprise Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive delivery of enterprise-scale programs by defining their structure, governance, charters, milestones, risk frameworks, and executive reporting.

• Take ownership of integrated program plans across various workstreams, outlining dependencies, critical paths, and milestone dates.

• Establish and facilitate steering committees, coordinate workstreams, manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), set up escalation protocols, and provide status reporting.

• Foster accountability among cross-functional workstream leaders.

• Oversee program financials, including budgets, SOW governance, and the management of forecast-to-actual variances.

• Support vendor and third-party governance by developing SOWs, ensuring deliverables, maintaining contract compliance, and conducting performance reviews.

• Spearhead enterprise platform migration and integration initiatives involving ERP, HCM, financial systems, and operational technology.

• Supervise data migration, testing, cutover sequencing, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.

• Manage technology deployments across multiple sites in retail or branch locations, coordinating provisioning, hardware logistics, scheduling, staff training, and phased rollout execution.

• Collaborate with project managers, IT leadership, and solution architects to make scalable technical decisions in line with the enterprise roadmap.

• Develop and implement change management strategies, which include impact assessments, communications, training, resistance management, and adoption measurement.

• Create role-based training and communication plans for corporate, field, and regional teams.

• Coordinate program activities across the US and Latin America, effectively bridging time zones, languages, regulations, and operational norms.

• Conduct meetings and engage with stakeholders in both English and Spanish as necessary.

• Cultivate relationships with regional and country-level leadership to ensure alignment and obtain buy-in.

• Provide high-quality status reports to the EPMO Director, senior leadership, and steering committees.

• Manage stakeholder expectations while escalating risks, issues, and decisions that require leadership intervention.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of program or project management experience in delivering large-scale integration, migration, or transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise platform implementations or migrations (ERP, HCM, financial systems, or similar), including data migration, testing, and go-live processes.

• Proven track record of managing multi-site technology rollouts across 50 or more locations in retail, branch, or other distributed operations.

• Strong technical foundation with the ability to engage effectively with IT partners.

• Established experience in change management across large, distributed, multilingual workforces.

• Experience in managing programs across various countries, regulatory environments, and cultures, particularly in the US and Latin America.

• Required bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the capability to lead meetings, present to executives, review documentation, and manage stakeholders in both languages.

• Strong financial management abilities, including budgeting, vendor governance, CapEx/OpEx tracking, and business case management.

• Experience in retail, financial services, specialty lending, or other multi-unit service industries is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field is required.

• PMP, PgMP, or an equivalent program management certification is necessary.

• Experience with M&A integrations or large migrations, specifically in post-close integration planning and execution.

• Familiarity with SAFe, Scrum, or other Agile delivery frameworks in an enterprise context.

• Prosci or an equivalent change management certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI-driven project management tools, predictive analytics, or delivery intelligence platforms is a plus.
