Senior Deal Strategy & Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Structure, evaluate, and authorize enterprise agreements, including non-standard terms, discounts, and approval pathways.

• Oversee and manage RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses for enterprise and strategic initiatives.

• Take ownership of pricing models for modules, device counts, and AI features.

• Lead the annual review of list prices and ensure alignment of packaging with product strategy and market positioning.

• Manage CPQ configuration, order management, billing operations, and revenue recognition processes.

• Develop hypotheses on value, ROI models, and frameworks for realizing value in strategic, high-ACV agreements.

• Promote uplift discipline, establish multi-year contract anchors, and execute co-term strategies with Renewals and Customer Success.

• Monitor for revenue leakage, enforce pricing compliance, and carry out periodic commercial audits.

• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Leadership, Finance, Legal, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in deal desk, sales/revenue operations, pricing strategy, or a similar finance or commercial role, preferably within enterprise B2B SaaS or technology.

• Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes and CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ) as well as CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

• Strong financial and analytical skills, including the ability to create pricing models, ROI/business-value cases, and discount analyses.

• Knowledge of commercial contract structures and terms.

• Excellent skills in cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.

• Process-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of working independently with a high level of autonomy.

• Experience leading or contributing to RFP/RFI/RFQ response processes for enterprise technology agreements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Manual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and fingers for computer use.

• Stationary Tasks: Ability to sit for extended periods while remaining in a stationary position.
