This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate closely with Process Mining teams on consulting projects.
• Create and design applications, dashboards, and analytical experiences utilizing Celonis.
• Convert business requirements and data analysis into user-friendly, functional interfaces that emphasize decision-making.
• Establish information architecture, navigation structures, visual hierarchy, and overall user experience.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces for data-centric products.
• Utilize Data Visualization and Information Design principles to depict KPIs, trends, deviations, root causes, and opportunities.
• Aid in the advancement of visual standards and reusable components for digital offerings.
• Execute testing and integrate user feedback to enhance solutions continuously.
• Gradually build custom interfaces and front-end applications.
• Operate at the nexus of business, data, design, and technology.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing IT or digital products.
• Background in designing data visualization solutions.
• Familiarity with Data Visualization and UX/UI, encompassing information architecture, interaction design, and interface development.
• Experience with prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of Analytics, BI, or data visualization tools.
• A portfolio or samples of previous work in Data Visualization, dashboards, digital products, or UX/UI.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with Process Mining and/or Celonis, particularly in building Apps and Views.
• Familiarity with digital products and B2B/enterprise analytical solutions.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Knowledge of or experience with React or other front-end frameworks.
• Understanding of SQL and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with Design Systems and the creation of reusable components.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of research methodologies, usability testing, and user validation.
