Senior Product Manager – Digital Self Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap to continually enhance the post-approval customer experience.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at identifying business challenges, mitigating risks, and validating solutions through customer and market research.

• Define use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria.

• Establish iterative release schedules in collaboration with dependent teams.

• Test, measure, and iterate on product experiences by utilizing data to identify friction points and drive improvements.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate timelines, blockers, successes, and failures.

• Analyze the performance of product features.

• Establish organizational buy-in and maintain communication with various functional areas.

• Address challenging problems through innovative solutions.

• Evaluate risks and opportunities using data-informed written narratives.

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, peers, and company leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software Product Management.

• Experience in owning and managing post-approval or account management products within a consumer-facing digital environment.

• Ability to design and refine self-service experiences across both web and mobile platforms.

• Experience in configuring or optimizing AI chatbot workflows to facilitate self-service customer resolution.

• Familiarity with financial services or fintech products, including payment flows, lease or loan lifecycle management, and regulatory contexts.

• Capability to transition from high-level strategy to detailed execution.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to write and present effectively to diverse audiences.

• Proven ability to self-motivate, self-direct, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
