Senior Data Scientist – Meals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee data science for the Meals initiative, taking charge of the post-MVP scaling of data science systems and infrastructure.

• Create, develop, and sustain frameworks for tracking metrics that assess Meals’ influence on engagement, activation, and reactivation.

• Lead the experimentation strategy from formulating hypotheses to conducting analysis and providing recommendations.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to ensure strategic alignment and convey data-driven insights.

• Contribute to a 0→1 initiative and assist in defining success at scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in consumer-focused product data science, working closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Data Engineers.

• Solid grounding in product and data analysis, A/B testing, causal inference, and statistical modeling.

• Experience in defining KPIs and enhancing funnels for achieving product-market fit.

• Exceptional communication abilities with a knack for simplifying complex technical findings for senior business and engineering stakeholders.

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data science or a related discipline.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
