This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
β’ Develop machine learning products that influence business strategy, enhance content, guide marketing investments, and improve user experience.
β’ Utilize video and ad consumption data, clickstream behavior, subscription records, and second/third-party information to create user- and session-level causal and predictive models.
β’ Convert intricate business challenges into actionable quantitative solutions.
β’ Design, automate, and sustain efficient, high-performing end-to-end machine learning systems by adhering to best practices in software engineering and MLOps.
β’ Provide clear and impactful insights to stakeholders.
β’ Partner with product stakeholders to implement data science solutions effectively.
β’ Advocate for best practices within the data science and product analytics teams.
β’ Construct global models that forecast user behavior throughout the subscription process.
β’ Recognize and assess high-value user actions and the factors contributing to habit formation.
β’ Generate session-level forecasts to reveal user intent.
β’ Anticipate content viewership and pinpoint content characteristics that engage subscribers.
β’ Develop user segmentations for cohort-based targeting and nearly personalized experiences.
β’ Conduct diagnostic analyses, including assessments of unsuccessful searches, to uncover opportunities for product enhancements.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning Engineering.
β’ MS or Ph.D. in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields with a focus on machine learning techniques.
β’ Proficient in both supervised and unsupervised learning methodologies.
β’ Comprehensive experience in data collection, aggregation, analysis, visualization, productionalization, and monitoring of data science products.
β’ Familiarity with statistical and machine learning models and methodologies.
β’ Ability to innovate while avoiding over-engineering.
β’ Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging a diverse range of stakeholders persuasively.
β’ Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
β’ Experience with Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery, ML Engine, and APIs.
β’ Proven experience in integrating AI solutions into current business processes.
β’ Familiarity with Atlassian project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
