This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and implement quality assurance procedures for custom pricing files within the retail network client.
• Ensure the accuracy, validation, and reconciliation of pricing file data to maintain completeness and integrity.
• Create, modify, and enhance advanced SQL queries for data analysis, reporting, and on-demand client requests.
• Develop and refine SQL logic for extensive and intricate enterprise datasets.
• Detect, examine, and resolve data discrepancies impacting pricing accuracy or client deliverables.
• Establish controls and preventative measures to enhance data quality and mitigate risks.
• Design, maintain, and optimize automated processes for improved efficiency, consistency, and quicker turnaround times.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Contracting, Supply Chain, and Pricing teams to research and address inquiries.
• Partner with both internal and external stakeholders to convey data insights effectively.
• Conduct weekly maintenance on pricing file data.
• Generate standardized SQL logic for on-demand data inquiries.
• Assist in supporting the retail network/PBM relationship through contracting inquiries.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare/managed care, ideally within Rx/PBM operations, with direct involvement in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in advanced SQL, including the ability to write complex queries from scratch and modify existing logic across large datasets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of ownership.
• Capability to independently validate and perform quality assurance checks for data accuracy.
• Experience in a role that involves client or stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to articulate complex data concepts clearly and in an actionable manner.
• Proficient in managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Experienced in handling large datasets using SQL, Teradata, and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to data issue resolution.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Access to home internet via cable broadband or fiber optic service with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speeds if working remotely.
