Senior Data Insights Specialist

📋 Description

• Utilize SQL, Microsoft Excel, Dataiku, Python, and related tools to assess the impact of network changes on existing and prospective clients.

• Maintain and secure business through the analysis of network modifications.

• Make strategic, high-level decisions.

• Oversee multiple requests and manage priorities effectively.

• Create innovative solutions to enhance the reporting process.

• Generate both standard and customized reports for various lines of business and specific clients.

• Evaluate the accessibility of retail pharmacy networks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant applications.

• Experience in data cleansing, transformation, and/or ETL processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret complex datasets.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional analytical experience.

• Expertise in Dataiku, Alteryx, or similar ETL tools.

• Familiarity with Python.

• Experience using Salesforce.

• Background in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) or the healthcare sector.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with both internal teams and external clients.

• Capacity to handle multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
