Senior Data Governance Analyst – Access Management Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage secure, efficient access to data and analytics platforms while ensuring compliance with governance, privacy, information security, and regulatory standards.

• Develop and oversee access models aligned with corporate profiles and roles.

• Uphold the principle of least privilege across all data environments.

• Lead the processes for access provisioning, periodic reviews, and revocation of access.

• Evaluate risks, exceptions, and segregation-of-duties requirements concerning data access.

• Assist with audits, regulatory obligations, and compliance initiatives.

• Create controls, standards, and metrics for monitoring access.

• Act as a liaison among business, technology, security, and governance teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Data Governance, Access Governance, or Information Security.

• Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC) models and identity management.

• Experience with analytics and cloud platforms such as Databricks, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure.

• Understanding of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), risk management, and regulatory controls.

• Capability to structure governance processes, policies, and metrics effectively.

• Strategic outlook on governance and risk management.

• Strong analytical abilities and sound critical judgment.

• Proficient in negotiating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational and executive communication skills with an emphasis on compliance.
