Senior Data Engineer – AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, effective data pipelines.

• Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of data.

• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and business teams to comprehend requirements and provide solutions.

• Enhance ETL processes and data integration.

• Monitor and resolve data and infrastructure-related challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in Python, AWS Glue with Spark, Amazon Athena, AWS Step Functions, AWS Lambda, and APIs.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering.

• In-depth knowledge of Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, SQL, and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with data modeling, data lakes, and data warehouses.

• Capacity to work collaboratively in agile teams.
