Senior Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain ETL/ELT pipelines that ingest advertising data feeds into Snowflake.

• Create and enhance Snowflake stored procedures for rollups, attribution calculations, and analytics aggregations.

• Oversee AWS Lambda functions using Node.js and Java for both real-time and batch processing.

• Monitor and resolve issues related to pipeline health, data accuracy, and freshness.

• Design and manage Snowflake data models for reporting, attribution analysis, and Cool AI features.

• Work together with engineering teams to integrate new data sources and DSP connections.

• Construct and oversee S3-based data lake architecture.

• Support SQS-based asynchronous workflows.

• Implement data quality checks and monitoring alerts.

• Document data flows, schemas, and pipeline architectures.

• Mentor junior engineers and influence technical decisions regarding data architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and managing end-to-end production data pipelines.

• Capability to mentor junior engineers and guide technical decisions on data architecture.

• Primarily available to work between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM ET.

• Possess a player/coach mentality, willing to both execute tasks and lead initiatives.

• Ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects and adhere to deadlines.
