Senior Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Design and create scalable data architectures.

• Define solutions based on Lakehouse architecture.

• Implement data pipelines effectively.

• Ensure the quality, security, and governance of information.

• Support initiatives in analytics, streaming, and artificial intelligence.

• Communicate and collaborate with teams across the globe.

• Work with clients located in the United States and Canada.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Data Architect and/or Senior Data Engineer.

• Proficient in Databricks and Microsoft Azure.

• Familiarity with Lakehouse architecture, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog.

• Advanced expertise in Apache Spark and PySpark.

• Experience in developing and optimizing scalable data pipelines and platforms.

• Knowledge of data engineering, analytics, and streaming data processing.

• Experience with data governance, security, quality, and optimization.

• Fluent in English at an expert level for client interactions in the United States and Canada.

• Strong communication skills combined with a proactive approach.

• A sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize effectively.
