This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and implement intricate SQL queries for effective data management and validation.

• Utilize subject matter expertise in data mapping, transformations, validations, and ingestion workflows.

• Oversee data processes, assess trends, and pinpoint anomalies or issues.

• Report data quality concerns or process disruptions following standard operating procedures.

• Configure production solutions and services.

• Identify areas for organizational improvement and propose enhancements to business processes.

• Create and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents.

• Mentor and train new team members.

• Engage in meetings with clients and stakeholders.

• Resolve issues and suggest remediation strategies.

• Choose suitable methods and techniques to achieve solutions.

• Participate in customer testing for new technologies or modifications to existing technologies.

• Provide after-hours or weekend support as necessary.

• Work autonomously and complete assigned tasks effectively.

• Comply with industry and organizational regulations to uphold data integrity.

• Complete tasks using departmental ticketing/productivity systems within set deadlines.

• Undertake special projects and other assigned responsibilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience with RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL, Vertica, etc.).

• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, or other data integration/ETL tools.

• More than 5 years of data analysis experience, preferably in the Healthcare sector, including enrollment, medical claims, and/or pharmacy claims.

• Familiarity with programming languages, operating systems, and computer hardware platforms.

• Experience with Claude is preferred.

• Proficient in SQL Server Management Studio.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Knowledge of XML.

• Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian suite products.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Exceptional verbal, listening, and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects to meet deadlines and tight turnaround times.

• Capacity to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.

• Access to high-speed internet and ability to maintain an office setup.

• Capability to provide a dedicated, secure workspace.

• Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
