This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create and implement scalable data solutions utilizing Google Cloud Platform, concentrating on BigQuery and Dataform.

• Design, enhance, and sustain data models, SQL scripts, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data transformation workflows.

• Assist in migrating ETL workflows from Informatica to BigQuery/Dataform.

• Automate the migration, testing, and regression testing processes employing Python and SQL.

• Establish and uphold orchestration, CI/CD workflows, monitoring solutions, user access management, as well as authentication and authorization systems.

• Facilitate integrations between GCP and on-premises infrastructures.

• Aid in the modernization of reporting and analytical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, especially BigQuery and Dataform.

• Familiarity with data modeling, data pipeline construction, and SQL development.

• Proficiency in orchestration, CI/CD practices, and monitoring tools.

• Expertise in managing user access and permissions.

• Insight into integrating cloud-based and on-premises applications.

• Knowledge of authentication and authorization frameworks.

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, including the implementation, optimization, and automation of migration processes, as well as testing and regression testing.

• Experience with Informatica and transitioning ETL processes to BigQuery/Dataform is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with QLIK and similar solutions within the GCP ecosystem is a bonus.

• Proficient command of both German and English, in written and spoken forms.
