Senior Data, Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business, operational, real estate, and related datasets.

• Create dashboards, reports, visualizations, scorecards, and performance metrics.

• Integrate and analyze data from various databases and systems.

• Detect trends, discrepancies, data quality concerns, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Formulate queries and establish repeatable processes for data analysis and reporting.

• Verify reports to ensure information is precise and consistent.

• Record data sources, calculations, business rules, and reporting methodologies.

• Convey findings and suggestions to management and project stakeholders.

• Assist in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence efforts.

• Aid leadership in understanding performance and making informed business choices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• Experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics.

• Proficient in working with relational databases and extensive datasets.

• Experience in developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to meet relevant client access requirements.

• Proficient in SQL and business intelligence or reporting tools.

• Experience in merging data from multiple business systems.

• Familiarity with GIS or location-based data.

• Experience in supporting real property, facilities, or asset management programs.

• Knowledge of Esri ArcGIS applications.

• Background in a government or large enterprise setting.

• Ability to sit or stand for extended durations.

• Proficient in typing and reading from a computer screen.

• Adequate mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling.

• Capacity to walk moderate to long distances as needed.

• Potential to lift up to 25 lbs.
