Senior Data Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform evaluations of business processes by analyzing data trends.

• Identify issues, outline business process requirements, devise solutions, and execute those solutions to enhance data content and develop new business strategies.

• Assess the business implications of workflows and processes within the current operational landscape.

• Oversee projects that involve data aggregation and tailor-made solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to document business processes.

• Provide training to offshore resources.

• Standardize operational procedures.

• Produce and compile reports for analytical purposes.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma.

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.

• At least 5-7 years of experience in data and business analysis.

• Strong analytical abilities to identify root causes of issues and implement innovative and effective solutions.

• Proficient in data management.

• Strong understanding of business principles.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience working with clients, vendors, and offshore partners.

• Capability to make independent approval decisions on behalf of the team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to develop and adhere to data metrics and auditing procedures.

• Strong analytical and product management capabilities, including the ability to comprehend customer business needs and convert them into application and operational requirements.

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a knack for relationship-building and teamwork.

• Self-motivated and proactive.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, respond swiftly to urgent issues, and concentrate on both long-term projects and immediate responsibilities.

• Successful completion of a background check and credit check, where legally permissible.
