Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold performance dashboards and metrics utilizing Looker and Google Sheets/Excel.

• Evaluate campaign outcomes and A/B test results, converting data into actionable insights.

• Investigate customer profiles, usage patterns, and engagement journeys across various products.

• Formulate quantitative and qualitative hypotheses regarding gaps and opportunities within conversion and retention funnels.

• Track business metrics such as revenue, TPV, churn, and product adoption, generating alerts for any anomalies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders in Product, Marketing, Legal, and Pricing for the execution and assessment of initiatives.

• Contribute to the financial and operational assessment of engagement initiatives, including ROI and payback predictions.

• Ensure the datasets and dashboards utilized by the team are consistent and reliable.

• Prior experience as a Business Analyst, Business Analytics professional, or in a comparable position.

• Proficient SQL skills for extracting and managing data from extensive datasets.

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or other similar platforms.

• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling and sensitivity analysis.

• Understanding of applied statistics and experimentation, including A/B testing methodologies.

• Awareness of financial business metrics like TPV, margin, churn, and incremental revenue.
