Business Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Conduct various analyses and interpret data to align business needs and objectives for the designated function.

• Facilitate business initiatives through data analysis, identifying implementation challenges, and conducting user acceptance testing for new systems.

• Assess and analyze user requirements, procedures, and issues to enhance existing processes.

• Execute thorough analysis on assigned projects, recommend viable business solutions, and assist with their implementation.

• Discover methods to improve performance management and operational reporting related to new business implementation processes.

• Develop and integrate organizational best practices into business applications.

• Spearhead problem-solving and coordination efforts among various business units.

• Aid in the formulation and updating of departmental policies and procedures.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Intermediate skills in SQL or R coding, including the capability to write SQL code from the ground up, are preferred.

• Familiarity with Medicare Stars, Medicaid HPR, and Marketplace QRS scoring methodologies is preferred.

• Experience with Power BI and Snowflake is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

• 2-4 years of experience in business process or data analysis, ideally within the healthcare sector.

• Project management experience is preferred.
