Senior Data Analytics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business teams to comprehend objectives and convert them into scalable data solutions.

• Create and implement reliable dimensional/star-schema data models for self-service analytics and informed decision-making.

• Transform raw data into engaging narratives, metrics, and visual presentations.

• Promote the utilization of the Enterprise Data Model.

• Develop, expand, and manage scalable dbt pipelines.

• Investigate opportunities in Generative AI and machine learning for data products.

• Assist CRM, marketing, and customer-facing teams with tailored analytics solutions.

• Advocate for reliability, reproducibility, and automation throughout the data stack.

• Collaborate on enterprise-level dashboards and visualizations utilizing contemporary BI tools.

• Oversee and enhance the Databricks environment.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or relevant fields.

• Demonstrated capability to develop and advance analytics solutions.

• Proficiency in SQL and dbt.

• Ideally skilled in Python.

• Strong grasp of modern data tools and engineering principles.

• Experience with Databricks, ideally within the AWS environment.

• Interest in Generative AI, data products, and new tools.

• Ability to work across various business domains including marketing, product, finance, sales, and customer success.

• Experience with cloud-native data sources such as Salesforce or NetSuite.

• Excellent technical and business-oriented communication skills.

• A product-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
