Senior Data Analyst, GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Product, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Customer Success teams to grasp business requirements and provide actionable analyses.

• Analyze data to detect patterns, trends, and opportunities that foster business growth and enhance operational efficiency.

• Establish and oversee data collection criteria across various systems and functions.

• Create, refine, and automate data pipelines utilizing SQL, AI, and contemporary data engineering tools.

• Provide timely and precise reporting at scale.

• Develop and sustain interactive dashboards for self-service reporting for GTM and product teams.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency across the data landscape.

• Convert complex data into visual representations and presentations for executives and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree in quantitative or business disciplines, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience with advanced SQL skills, reporting, data analysis, and/or visualization.

• More than 5 years of experience utilizing Python for data analytics or data science projects.

• At least 5 years of experience with BI/Analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).

• Professional experience in addressing data needs across multiple departments, including marketing, product, and finance.

• Skills in data hygiene and sanity-checking.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances.

• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and independently.
