Senior CRM Analytics Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the CRM enhancement initiative, ensuring that the methodology evolves continuously, metrics are of high quality, and outcomes are dependable.

• Organize and oversee the integrity of control groups, evaluating the incremental effects of campaigns, customer journeys, and communication efforts.

• Convert intricate analyses into straightforward recommendations to inform decisions regarding segmentation, personalization, and communication strategies.

• Examine CRM data to uncover opportunities for enhancing the customer journey and boosting conversion rates.

• Offer analytical support to the team through dashboards and ad hoc analyses, ensuring clear and impactful visual representations.

• Communicate results and insights to business stakeholders and leadership with clarity and objectivity.

• Collaborate with teams across engagement, product, technology, and customer relations to enhance the CRM strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a data analyst or business analyst.

• Strong analytical skills and methodological rigor to organize analyses, question assumptions, and verify results.

• Capability to transform complex data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication abilities and the skill to present results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Independence to lead initiatives and make informed decisions.

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

• Experience with dashboards and business intelligence tools.

• Understanding of statistics and data science, including hypothesis testing, experiment design, and A/B testing (a plus).

• Experience with causal inference, uplift modeling, or incremental impact measurement (a plus).

• Familiarity with predictive modeling using Python or R (a plus).
