Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, sustain, and improve analytics frameworks to track customer retention, market share, revenue growth, and initiatives for market expansion.

• Deliver analytics and insights regarding customer forecasts and their effects on operational performance and business prioritization.

• Utilize AI tools and contemporary analytics workflows to enhance efficiency, insight generation, and decision-making support in daily operations.

• Work collaboratively with Data Science, Infrastructure, and other Analytics teams, employing tools like Tableau and Snowflake to provide timely performance insights.

• Convey clear, actionable insights and recommendations to the Execution & Delivery Leadership Team.

• Examine customer behavior, market dynamics, and operational performance to facilitate strategic decision-making and performance management.

• Collaborate closely with the Execution & Delivery Team to evaluate customer forecasts and assist in staffing strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of relevant analytical experience with large datasets and the delivery of insights.

• Practical experience in integrating AI tools, such as generative AI, automation, or advanced analytical workflows, into everyday analytical tasks.

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights and effective communication.

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.

• Strong business acumen, critical thinking capabilities, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau.

• Experience in the commercial domain is preferred.

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Analytics or a related field is preferred.
