Senior Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Collect data from various sources including databases, APIs, and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and relevance.

• Assist in developing data pipelines by constructing and maintaining transformation logic for datasets that are ready for analysis.

• Apply statistical methods and data visualization techniques to reveal trends, patterns, and correlations.

• Design dashboards, reports, and charts that effectively communicate insights.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to establish key performance indicators.

• Offer data-informed recommendations that influence the product development roadmap.

• Ensure data is secure, thoroughly documented, and easily accessible.

• Examine both on-chain blockchain data and off-chain product data to comprehend user behaviors.

• Analyze behavioral trends related to user retention and churn.

• Discover opportunities for new products, features, and integrations.

• Evaluate market share, competitor interactions, asset movements, and overall ecosystem trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in data analysis or engineering involving substantial volumes of diverse data.

• Proficiency in hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and various statistical methods.

• Competence in at least one programming language for data cleaning, transformation, and analytical tasks.

• Strong capability in writing and optimizing SQL queries.

• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.

• Solid experience utilizing Excel or Google Sheets for rapid analysis and pivot table creation.

• Experience in integrating AI tools, such as Claude Code, into engineering processes.

• Basic knowledge of ETL processes and tools.

• Experience in the fintech, banking, or insurance sectors is an advantage.

• Familiarity with processing blockchain data, such as information from Dune or Solscan, is a plus.
