Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Collect data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and spreadsheets

• Verify that data is accurate, complete, and pertinent to business inquiries

• Assist in developing data pipelines and uphold transformation logic for datasets ready for analysis

• Employ statistical methods and data visualization to identify trends, patterns, and correlations

• Design dashboards, reports, and charts for stakeholders

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to establish key metrics

• Offer data-driven insights that influence the product roadmap

• Ensure that data is secure, well-documented, and easily accessible

• Evaluate on-chain and off-chain product data to comprehend user journeys, retention, churn, market share, and product opportunities

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in data analysis or engineering handling large volumes of diverse data

• Familiarity with hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and various statistical techniques

• Proficient in at least one programming language for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis

• Strong capability in writing and optimizing SQL queries

• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent

• Background in integrating AI tools like Claude Code into engineering workflows

• Extensive experience using Excel or Google Sheets for rapid analysis and pivot tables

• Fundamental understanding of ETL processes and tools

• Experience in the fintech, banking, or insurance sectors is a plus

• Familiarity with processing blockchain data using platforms such as Dune or Solscan is a plus
