Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Collect data from databases, APIs, and spreadsheets while ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and relevance.

• Play a key role in the data pipeline by developing and maintaining transformation logic for datasets that are ready for analysis.

• Employ statistical methods and data visualization techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and charts that effectively communicate insights.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to establish key performance metrics.

• Offer data-informed recommendations that influence the product development roadmap.

• Ensure that data is secure, well-documented, and easily accessible.

• Examine on-chain blockchain data and off-chain product data to gain insights into user journeys, retention, churn, market share, assets, products, features, and integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in data analysis or engineering, working with large volumes of diverse data.

• Proficient in hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and various other statistical methodologies.

• Skilled in at least one programming language for data cleansing, transformation, and analysis purposes.

• Strong ability to write and optimize SQL queries.

• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.

• Extensive experience using Excel or Google Sheets for quick analyses and pivot table creation.

• Basic knowledge of ETL processes and related tools.

• Experience in the fintech, banking, or insurance sectors is a plus.

• Knowledge of processing blockchain data using tools like Dune or Solscan is a bonus.
