Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Collect data from various sources including databases, APIs, and spreadsheets.

• Verify that the gathered data is accurate, comprehensive, and pertinent to business inquiries.

• Assist in the development of data pipelines and sustain transformation logic for datasets ready for analysis.

• Employ statistical methods and data visualization techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.

• Work alongside product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to establish key metrics.

• Offer data-driven insights that influence the product roadmap.

• Ensure that data is secure, thoroughly documented, and easily accessible.

• Analyze both on-chain blockchain data and off-chain product data to gain insights into user journeys, retention, churn, market shares, and product opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in data analysis or engineering involving large volumes of diverse data.

• Familiarity with hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and various statistical techniques.

• Proficient in at least one programming language for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.

• Strong capabilities in writing and optimizing SQL queries.

• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalents.

• Background in integrating AI tools like Claude Code into engineering workflows.

• Extensive experience using Excel or Google Sheets for quick analyses and pivot tables.

• Basic knowledge of ETL processes and tools.

• Experience in the fintech, banking, or insurance sectors is a plus.

• Familiarity with processing blockchain data using platforms such as Dune or Solscan is advantageous.
