Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Collect data from various sources including databases, APIs, and spreadsheets

• Ensure the data is accurate, comprehensive, and pertinent to business inquiries

• Assist in the development of data pipelines and establish as well as maintain transformation logic

• Conduct exploratory analysis utilizing statistical methods and data visualization techniques

• Develop dashboards, reports, and visual representations of data

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify key metrics

• Deliver data-driven insights that influence the product roadmap

• Guarantee that data is secure, well-documented, and easily accessible

• Examine on-chain and off-chain product data to gain insights into user journeys, retention, churn, market share, asset movements, and product possibilities

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in data analysis or engineering, handling large volumes of diverse data

• Familiarity with hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and various statistical techniques

• Proficient in at least one programming language for data cleansing, transformation, and analysis

• Advanced skills in crafting and optimizing SQL queries

• Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools

• Strong background in using Excel or Google Sheets for quick analyses and pivot table creation

• Basic knowledge of ETL processes and relevant tools

• Experience in the fintech, banking, or insurance sectors is a plus

• Familiarity with processing blockchain data through platforms like Dune or Solscan is advantageous
