Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Collect data from databases, APIs, and spreadsheets while ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and relevance.

• Support the data pipeline by developing and maintaining transformation logic for datasets ready for analysis.

• Apply statistical methods and data visualization techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

• Design dashboards, reports, and charts that effectively communicate insights.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to establish key metrics and offer data-informed recommendations.

• Guarantee that data is secure, well-documented, and easily accessible.

• Examine both on-chain and off-chain product data to gain insights into user journeys, retention rates, churn, market share, competing products, asset movement, and potential product opportunities.

• Drive product enhancements, new feature development, integrations, and strategies for market expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in data analysis or engineering working with large and varied data sets.

• Proficient in hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and a range of other statistical methods.

• Skilled in at least one programming language for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.

• Strong capability in writing and optimizing SQL queries.

• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.

• Extensive experience with Excel or Google Sheets for rapid analysis and pivot table creation.

• Experience incorporating AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) into engineering workflows is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of ETL processes and associated tools.

• Experience in the fintech, banking, or insurance sectors is advantageous.

• Background in processing blockchain data (e.g., utilizing data from Dune, Solscan, etc.) is a plus.
