Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Collect data from databases, APIs, and spreadsheets.

• Verify that the gathered data is accurate, comprehensive, and pertinent to business inquiries.

• Assist in the development of the data pipeline.

• Create and sustain transformation logic that converts unprocessed data into datasets ready for analysis.

• Employ statistical methods and data visualization to reveal trends, patterns, and correlations.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and charts.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to establish key metrics.

• Offer data-driven insights that influence the product roadmap.

• Ensure that data is secure, well-documented, and easily accessible.

• Analyze on-chain blockchain data alongside off-chain product data to gain a comprehensive understanding of the user journey.

• Detect behavioral patterns linked to retention or churn and identify opportunities for products, features, and integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in data analysis or engineering with extensive datasets of various types.

• Proficient in hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and other statistical techniques.

• Skilled in at least one programming language for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.

• Strong ability to write and optimize SQL queries.

• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or comparable alternatives.

• Experience incorporating AI tools like Claude Code into an engineering workflow.

• Solid background in using Excel or Google Sheets for rapid analysis and pivot tables.

• Basic knowledge of ETL processes and tools.

• Experience in the fintech, banking, or insurance sectors is a plus.

• Familiarity with processing blockchain data using tools like Dune or Solscan is advantageous.
