Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Collect data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and spreadsheets

• Verify that the gathered data is accurate, complete, and relevant

• Assist in the development of data pipelines and uphold transformation logic

• Convert raw data into datasets that are ready for analysis

• Employ statistical methods and data visualization to detect trends, patterns, and correlations

• Develop dashboards, reports, and charts

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define key metrics

• Offer data-driven insights that influence the product roadmap

• Ensure data security, comprehensive documentation, and accessibility

• Examine blockchain and off-chain product data to gain insights into user journeys, retention, churn, market share, competing products, asset movement, and potential opportunities for products, features, and integrations

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in data analysis or engineering, dealing with large volumes of diverse data

• Proficient in hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and other statistical methodologies

• Expertise in at least one programming language for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis

• Strong ability to write and optimize SQL queries

• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar business intelligence platforms

• Experience with integrating AI tools such as Claude Code into engineering workflows

• Solid experience utilizing Excel or Google Sheets for quick analyses and pivot tables

• Basic knowledge of ETL processes and tools

• Experience in the fintech, banking, or insurance sectors is a plus

• Familiarity with processing blockchain data using platforms like Dune or Solscan is a plus
