Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Measure, monitor, and evaluate operational efficiency

• Recognize trends and collaborate with stakeholders to uncover root causes

• Convert analysis and findings into actionable insights

• Develop, manage, and uphold key performance metrics and dashboards

• Share insights with business partners and executive leadership

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create datasets and perform thorough analyses

• Work alongside data partners to enhance the client's data ecosystem

• Facilitate cross-functional projects

• Play a key role in establishing a new Data team from the ground up

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in the e-commerce industry, preferably focusing on customer journey analysis, including checkout processes and customer feedback

• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Looker, CRM systems, and platforms such as Shopify

• Proficient in SQL

• Capability to work with clean, high-quality data and construct complex data models

• Skill in identifying customer pain points and opportunities for retention

• Ability to implement innovative solutions to enhance customer experiences and processes

• Experience in various industries or domains

• Proven longevity in previous positions

• Capacity to function as the first hire in the data department with minimal supervision

• Experience collaborating with teams across different time zones is a plus
