Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to develop roadmaps, prioritize features, and evaluate success metrics.

• Create an AI-driven business intelligence platform for self-service analytics.

• Provide actionable insights regarding user behavior, market trends, and business performance to marketing, revenue, and product teams.

• Spearhead sales and marketing analytics by establishing KPIs and refining acquisition funnels.

• Convey data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Transform, clean, and model raw data using DBT.

• Manage and expand the analytics infrastructure, including DBT models and the Snowflake data warehouse structure, in collaboration with a Senior Analytics Engineer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in data analysis and/or data science, preferably in sales, marketing, and growth analytics within a SaaS environment.

• Proficient in AI/ML and automation tools aimed at growth, including Claude, Cortex, and other AI technologies.

• Skilled in BI tools such as Metabase, Sigma, Tableau, Omni, or Looker.

• Strong SQL capabilities.

• Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and PostgreSQL.

• Practical experience with DBT for managing the Transform layer of ELT pipelines.

• Ability to collaborate across functions to define metrics, develop dashboards, and ensure data integrity.

• Excellent analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and precision.

• Strong skills in communication and presentation.

• Proven track record of utilizing data to inform decision-making.

• Strong critical-thinking abilities.
