Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Deliver statistically robust insights on cohort maturity, sample size, aggregation bias, and construct validity prior to analysis being presented to senior stakeholders.

• Develop the team's data modeling and analytical standards.

• Guide other analysts on maintaining data quality.

• Convert intricate analyses into straightforward business language for senior stakeholders.

• Manage comprehensive analysis across revenue, product, finance, and marketing sectors.

• Coordinate with Revenue, Finance, Product, and Operations to establish common metric definitions and document decisions.

• Create self-service Tableau dashboards or LLM access for stakeholders without technical backgrounds.

• Produce clean, documented SQL/code that supports the centralized data repository.

• Collaborate with Data Engineers on data model design and advocate for high data quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a (Senior) Data Analyst, ideally within a B2B organization that operates on subscription or recurring revenue models.

• A solid analytical and statistical foundation.

• Proficient in statistical reasoning applied to time-based and cohort data.

• Proven experience in leading intricate cross-functional analyses and elevating analytical standards.

• Expert-level SQL skills for querying and transforming large datasets.

• Advanced proficiency in Python for data preparation and statistical validation.

• Experience in providing self-service insights to non-technical stakeholders through dashboards or AI/LLMs.

• Familiarity with designing, validating, implementing, and monitoring predictive models, including train/test separation and drift monitoring.

• Preferred experience with Databricks and Delta Lake.

• Preferred experience with Tableau and Tableau Pulse.
