Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and sustain datasets that facilitate automated reporting solutions and measure program performance.

• Assist commercial teams with their data requirements for performance evaluations, business planning, and newly integrated business.

• Perform ad hoc analyses to explore and rectify program-related issues.

• Provide support during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), business planning sessions, and launch implementations.

• Oversee third-party data integration and analysis, including shipping analytics and return-to-sender reconciliations.

• Create and execute internal and client-oriented program performance datasets.

• Monitor and evaluate Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics and program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Collaborate on the development of dashboards that visualize trends in program performance.

• Deliver data-driven insights to commercial, client-facing, and internal teams.

• Partner with internal and customer-facing Business Intelligence (BI) departments on healthcare analytics initiatives.

• Ensure uniform data definitions and metrics across BI functions.

• Coordinate with Product Engineering to incorporate product features and changes into datasets.

• Establish data validation and quality control processes.

• Document data lineage and maintain comprehensive data dictionaries.

• Work with stakeholders to delineate business rules and metrics.

• Continuously enhance data management and analytics workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in data analysis, including a minimum of 3 years concentrated on healthcare reporting.

• Proficient in SQL and Python, with experience in managing databases.

• Skilled in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Domo, or similar platforms.

• Strong comprehension of healthcare metrics and reporting standards.

• Proven experience aiding commercial and operations teams with program performance and opportunity identification.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Background in the healthcare industry.

• Proficient in R for data manipulation tasks.

• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.

• Understanding of SLA management and performance metrics.

• Experience in dual-focused BI environments (both internal and client-facing).

• Knowledge of pharmacy management systems and logistics data.

• Experience with data transfer agreements, data use agreements, and third-party data integration.

• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms.

• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical findings to business stakeholders.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
