Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the delivery of MMIS Data & Analytics reporting, encompassing operational, financial, claims, encounter, payer, provider, and compliance reporting

• Manage the design, development, and implementation processes for reporting solutions tailored to public sector healthcare clients

• Collaborate with colleagues, senior managers, deputies, business stakeholders, and technical leaders

• Provide guidance to data analysts, reporting configuration analysts, and developers to achieve client-focused reporting outcomes

• Work alongside business analysts and technical teams to establish reporting requirements, prioritize tasks, validate results, and address delivery challenges

• Mentor and nurture team members, promoting continuous improvement, accountability, and professional advancement

• Ensure that reporting solutions adhere to data governance, privacy, security, and quality standards

• Represent the MMIS Reporting function in leadership conversations, client meetings, and cross-departmental initiatives

• Assist in scope definition, change requests, pricing, estimation, and delivery planning for reporting projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or data management

• A minimum of 3 years in a leadership position

• More than 3 years of management consulting experience in Medicaid State & Local Government or commercial payer settings

• Familiarity with Medicaid provider data, provider enrollment, provider demographics, provider networks, or provider-related reporting

• Demonstrated experience managing teams within a complex, matrixed organization

• At least 3 years of experience with core MMIS or health plan transaction processing platforms such as QNXT or FACETS

• Knowledge of the Medicaid domain across MITA areas, MMIS reporting, provider data, claims, encounters, payer, and financial reporting

• Capability to utilize video cameras during all interviews and the first week of orientation
