This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of, develop, and sustain Looker dashboards and data models utilized by Operations, Finance, and Data Science teams.

• Manage the connectivity between Snowflake, various source data, and Looker, including the pipelines, data models, and integrations.

• Act as the main point of contact for Looker across the organization.

• Handle requests, prioritize issues, and establish standards for dashboard development.

• Supervise data quality and data provenance throughout the reporting layer.

• Provide insights that support operational decisions related to SLAs, exception management, escalations, hands-on time reporting, turnaround times, and vendor management.

• Design and assist in creating an agentic reporting layer utilizing AI reporting agents.

• Acquire knowledge and utilize insights from the title insurance and real estate problem domain.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience contributing to data analytics, business intelligence, or data science initiatives.

• Professional experience with Looker, including LookML, dashboard design, and data modeling.

• Proficiency in writing complex SQL joins.

• Professional coding experience with skills in Python, git, and related tools.

• Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to individuals across the company, including business partners in Operations, Product, and senior leadership.
