Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze and interpret data trends across Button’s platform, emphasizing product performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.

• Provide actionable insights that guide product strategy, enhance customer experience, and drive platform growth across affiliate, programmatic, and retail media channels.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for essential performance metrics.

• Assess and refine analytical methodologies to guarantee data accuracy, enhance forecasting, and support experimentation.

• Automate data workflows, reporting pipelines, and dashboards.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to convert data insights into user and business impact.

• Employ data storytelling to shape decisions and motivate product enhancements.

• Investigate user behavior, product engagement, and marketplace dynamics.

• Pinpoint areas for optimization and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 4 years of experience in data analysis, ideally within digital advertising, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or financial analytics.

• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, ad performance, campaign optimization, and revenue impact.

• Experience handling large datasets.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Omni, Looker, or other similar BI tools.

• High proficiency in SQL.

• Preferred experience with BigQuery or other cloud-based data warehouses.

• Proven experience designing, executing, and interpreting experiments using Statsig.

• Knowledge of revenue forecasting, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial and technical insights into practical recommendations.

• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality financial analysis and reporting.
