This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Oversee a team of Data Analysts, providing daily guidance and leadership.
• Create and manage performance metrics for team members, highlighting areas for improvement and recognition.
• Serve as a role model for the JREDD platform.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns within complex data sets.
• Assist in filtering and cleaning large data sets to ensure consistency and compliance with internal procedures.
• Review field data in real time, providing actionable feedback to surveyors and team members.
• Collaborate with program management, surveyors, reliability engineers, subject matter experts, and technology professionals to achieve project milestones.
• Prepare reports detailing data collection findings, asset validation results, and their business implications.
• Present project updates, challenges, and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Work alongside technology teams to improve data reporting and visualization capabilities.
• Develop methods for gathering asset and facility data, implementing process improvements and engineering controls.
• Optimize data collection by integrating uploads into clients’ CMMS, capital planning tools, and facility management solutions.
• Assist in the setup and daily management of databases and analysis tools.
• Offer recommendations to enhance asset performance, reduce risks, and aid decision-making processes.
• Create tools and techniques to improve QA/QC processes.
• Perform additional assigned tasks as needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technology-related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience, including some supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong analytical abilities to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large volumes of information.
• Proficient in data collection methodologies, data analysis techniques, and project management principles.
• Capability to develop, manage, and instruct on unique solutions to complex data challenges.
• Experience with real estate software applications and data management tools.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to recognize patterns, trends, and irregularities in extensive data sets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adjust to shifting priorities.
• Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
