Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance data visualizations that convey outcomes, network performance, and trends in user engagement.

• Develop automated quality reports and network performance dashboards utilizing Looker and other relevant tools.

• Examine user pathways, business outcomes, and the dynamics of the provider/partner network.

• Perform quantitative analyses that support business strategies.

• Utilize SQL and Python for managing business and provider-related data.

• Collaborate with business, finance, marketing, engineering, and cross-functional teams on product development and provider network operations.

• Convert complex data insights into actionable strategies for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Construct and maintain documented, scalable data models, including using dbt, within the data warehouse.

• Streamline ETL/ELT data ingestion processes and ensure the timely availability of high-quality data.

• Evaluate agentic platform metrics, including model accuracy, latency, conversation depth, and adherence to behavioral protocols by users.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an analytical position; familiarity with healthcare data (such as patient outcomes and capacity planning) is advantageous.

• A BA/BS degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, applied mathematics, economics, computer science, or equivalent experience.

• Expertise in SQL, Python, and Excel / Google Sheets.

• Comfortable working with statistics and data manipulation.

• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau is essential.

• Experience with product analytics tools like Mixpanel.

• Familiarity with leveraging GenAI tools is a plus.
