This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Gather, organize, validate, extract, and analyze data from both primary and secondary sources.
β’ Create and sustain regular reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for Supply Management.
β’ Detect patterns, trends, anomalies, and issues related to data quality.
β’ Assist with procurement spending, sourcing, supplier performance, contracts, savings, budgets, risks, and operational analyses.
β’ Aid in the maintenance of databases, data systems, analytical processes, and business intelligence tools.
β’ Address coding errors and resolve standard data-related issues.
β’ Conduct cost-benefit, variance, risk, spending, impact, feasibility, market research, and performance analyses.
β’ Support procurement data taxonomy, models, cost structures, data standards, and reporting methodologies.
β’ Generate clear reports, visual representations, dashboards, presentations, and analytical summaries.
β’ Share findings and insights with Supply Management leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
β’ Report directly to the Director of Supply Management Analytics.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree in Applied Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Python, SQL, and Excel.
β’ Capability to create dashboards, analyze and transform data, and support repeatable analytical processes.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Fundamental understanding of data structures, databases, analytical techniques, and data visualization concepts.
β’ Excellent attention to data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
β’ Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
β’ Capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business requirements.
β’ Ability to collaborate across functions while adhering to established requirements and methodologies.
β’ Integrity, discretion, and sound judgment are essential.
β’ Daily video presence for meetings is mandatory.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 25% is required.
