This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of customers’ business goals and implement strategies that promote customer success.
• Safeguard and enhance a multi-million-dollar portfolio by focusing on renewals, reducing churn, and fostering growth.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring clients are updated on product enhancements, use cases, training opportunities, and value realization.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on industry trends, digital transformation, and maximizing return on investment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Training, and Support teams to effectively meet and anticipate customer requirements.
• Create and execute customer success plans that align with strategic goals.
• Conduct quarterly Customer Success Reviews.
• Promote adoption through onboarding, training initiatives, user forums, and regular engagement.
• Manage customer renewals and work to minimize churn.
• Collaborate on account strategies for expansion, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Address customer issues and obstacles by coordinating with Support and Development teams.
• Identify capability gaps and advocate for necessary feature improvements.
• Utilize customer relationships to facilitate expansion into other sites, business units, or partner organizations.
• A minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing role with a B2B SaaS company or a comparable technology firm, particularly with multinational organizations, OR 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Familiarity with time-series data and analytics in manufacturing, along with an understanding of IT/OT requirements and priorities.
• Proven experience engaging with and presenting to Senior Directors and above at global Fortune 500 companies.
• A data-driven mindset with an understanding of customer health metrics and the ability to pivot account strategies accordingly.
• Capability to convert corporate objectives into strategic account priorities and achieve stakeholder alignment.
• Experience managing the renewal process.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively with Sales and Services teams to develop and implement account plans that foster customer advocacy and growth.
• Must possess authorization to work in the country of residence.
